Home Refresh begins with a 90-minute consultation for homeowners who love where they live but want their spaces to feel more beautiful, current, comfortable, and intentional—without the expense or disruption of a full redesign.
Drawing on nearly two decades of luxury staging and design experience, I walk through your home with a fresh, experienced eye, looking at what you already own, what can be rearranged or repurposed, what may no longer be serving the space, and where a few well-chosen changes could make the greatest difference.
We’ll consider furniture placement and flow, color, lighting, styling, storage, and opportunities for strategic updates—all tailored to the way you live and what you want your home to become.
After our consultation, I provide a detailed, inspection-style Home Refresh Report that turns our conversation into a clear path forward. It may include furniture layouts, ideas for repurposing existing pieces, curated shopping suggestions, color and lighting direction, styling notes, and a prioritized list of next steps.
If you’d like help putting those ideas into action, I can also assist with implementation—from sourcing and selections to coordinating trusted vendors and overseeing projects as needed.

Pre-Listing Refresh begins with a comprehensive 90-minute consultation for owner-occupied homes and furnished vacation properties preparing to go on the market.
Drawing on nearly two decades of luxury staging experience, I look at your property through a buyer’s eyes, identifying the changes that will strengthen its presentation and market appeal—without unnecessary improvements or overspending.
I walk through the property room by room, showing you what to keep, edit, rearrange, remove, or update before listing. We’ll consider furniture placement and flow, decluttering, lighting, paint color, curb appeal and outdoor spaces, styling, repairs, and high-impact cosmetic updates.
After our consultation, I provide a detailed, inspection-style Pre-Listing Refresh Report with clear priorities and actionable next steps. Depending on the property, it may include furniture layouts, a curated shopping list to complement what you already own, guidance on what to remove or store, suggested repairs and cosmetic improvements, and final styling direction.
If you’d like help getting everything market-ready, I can also assist with implementation—from sourcing and selections to coordinating trusted vendors and managing projects as needed. This gives you the option to hand off much of the follow-through while I help keep the work focused on what matters most before listing.
